Jessica was born and raised in Brazil and speaks three languages. After learning English at the age of 19, she studied Engineering at Colorado School of Mines, where she met her husband, Roy. They have three children and a giant Standard Poodle!
Jessica brings more than 15 years of administrative experience, with a strong background in organization, coordination, and customer service. She is detail-oriented, dependable, and professional, with a talent for managing many moving parts while handling sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
Jessica has also served as the primary administrator for several softball teams, coordinating schedules, events, marketing, websites, and social media. She has volunteered with swim, softball, and wrestling teams, as well as photo committees, creating photo and video projects along the way. These experiences have strengthened her love of serving others and helping wherever she is needed.
Although naturally shy, Jessica is comfortable speaking up when needed. She enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things organized and running smoothly and is always happy to lend a helping hand.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys photography, spending time with her family, and capturing special moments. She is excited to be part of the church community and looks forward to getting to know everyone.
Enjoys:
Cleaning, Organizing, and Photography, spending time with my family, and volunteering. I especially enjoy capturing special moments through photos and being involved in my children’s lives.
Fun Fact:
One of the more interesting things about my childhood is that my grandmother was a personal friend of Rosalynn Carter, and I had the opportunity to meet President Jimmy Carter and Mrs. Carter during a personal visit to the White House.
What I love about my position:
I love being able to serve others, use my organizational skills, and help things run smoothly while being part of a community.
Bible Verse with special personal meaning:
“Let all that you do be done in love.” — 1 Corinthians 16:14
